WaterWagens is owned and operated by Allyson and Caleb loper. Caleb is a technician with 20 years of experience who specializes in  modern, watercooled Volkswagens and Audis. From the oldest Rabbit Diesels and 8v GTi's, to the newest, direct-injection, turbocharged gas and diesel vehicles, we offer a complete line of diagnostics and services.

The Name

WaterWagens is a portmanteau of Water-cooled and Volkswagen. Among enthusiasts, the term water-cooled is used to differentiate Modern VWs from earlier, air-cooled ones like the Beetle and Micro-Bus.

Services

From basic, scheduled fluids and filters maintenance, to computer diagnostics, clutches, and turbochargers, we offer all the service your Audi or Volkswagen needs.

Maintenance - Oil, Fluids, Filters

Unlike "Quickie-lube" joints, we accept no compromises when it comes to the quality of our oil and filters. We keep a full line of specialty VW/Audi fluids and filters in stock - Liquimoly or Titan Fuchs oil, and OE-Supplier Mann air and oil filters

Diagnostics

20 years of expertise combined with Ross-Tech VAGCOM VCDS computer software, which allows live data monitoring, long-coding, and fault code reading means we are fully equipped to diagnose any and all issues; from a basic Jetta to a flagship Audi A8.

The Right Tools

Air Conditioning

We have all the tools necessary to diagnose issues with and service your A/C system, from locating leaks to recharging the system with refrigerant.

From factory timing locks to presses and pullers, our collection of VW/Audi specialty tools ensures the job is done right the first time, every time. 

Late Model Parts Cars

Though our preference is to use new, OEM or OE-Supplier parts, there are occasions where having the option of a good-condition used part is also useful, particularly when it comes to light cosmetic damage, such as to headlights, grilles, or bumper covers. Due to this, we keep a select number of late model Volkswagens on site.
Our current parts car inventory includes:

•  2005.5 (Mk. V) Jetta 2.5L - transmission sold, engine ran out of oil
• Two Mk. 4 (1999.5 - 2005) Jetta 2.0L
• 1998 B5 Passat 1.8T - Good leather front seats (rear are cloth); engine, transmission & harness sold
• 2000 B5 Passat 1.8T - 5 speed manual transmission, engine has low compression
• 2001 (MK. 4) Jetta TDI - Low compression on ALH engine, needs injection pump. Automatic transmission sold

Rare/Vintage and discontinued Water-cooled parts

Whether you're doing a swap into a classic chassis or restoring one to it's former glory, Caleb has acquired an extensive collection of rare parts over the years. From early AEB 1.8Ts, to 16vs, IDI diesels, and everything in-between, we have parts that literally can't be bought at a dealership anymore.

Currently, our parts car inventory includes:

• 1990 Corrado G60 - engine has wiring problems, mechanically good engine and transmission
• 1998 Golf GTI VR6 Drivers Edition - Ginster yellow, most drivers edition specific parts already sold. Engine had timing chain issues.
• 1987 Golf GTI 1.8 16v - Engine and transmission intact and mechanically good. Has structural rust issues.
• 1986 Golf GTI - Has a G60 conversion. Supercharger sold.
• 1981 Scirocco S - Complete car. Has structural rust issues.
